Cooncil election time again

Our lovely  friend Richard is up for election. Much flag waving and leafletting. I am on way to son no.2 to in the northern lights, so side stepped any involvement. 
Having a Pterodactyl also excludes me from most things, except walking, cake eating  and a guid natter or three.
I suppose on my return...
