Bridesmaids

We popped down to the Post Office this afternoon. It was closed because the opening times on the official Post Office website aren't the actual opening times. Oh well. We mooched about a bit and realised there was a wedding going on in the church, the clues being numerous wedding cars and very loud singing from within. So we hung about a bit and watched the wedding party leaving the church after the ceremony. It was an impressive sight. Obviously military, there were uniforms, a guard of honour (with sabres) and even a fly-past, a spitfire I think. The bridesmaids in the blip escaped just before the main wedding party came out. There were lots of church bells too.

I had a chat with one of the waiting chauffeurs. He was a bit worried that I took a photo of his car (extra) as it was on a keep clear area. I promised I would not report him this time.

In other news - two coats of First Frost have been applied to the utility room walls, and no plaster came off. Phew.
