Backblipping

End of week 3 on the course and all ok.  Even when the trainees had to do the tutorial preparation for the stage 2 1-1 tutorials for week 4 they just got on with it and didn't complain.   Week 4 has a different rhythm as there's no teaching practice till  the Friday.  We have input sessions and do the stage 2 1-1 tutorials.
