The 1st

Just hanging around the 1st tee as we were a bit early. It was a beautiful morning though not shirt and shorts weather in my book, unlike the hardy souls who’d decided that a touch of sunshine constituted a heatwave. The cherry trees are all pretty much in full blossom so the course is looking it’s best.
Swung past big Sis on the way home, not much news but ‘wee’ Dale was there, 13 years old and pushing six feet, Jeez!  Then back to the allotment for a few hours of pottering about and Stage 2 of the bench project - attacked with a wire brush, loose paint and rust removal done. Planted beetroot and mustard leaf, need some more good weather to bring them on.
Just watched a couple of episodes of Julia, think it’s my favourite show just now and it goes well with a wee glass of vino collapso!
