Tea and Crumpets

Today is a special day in the United Kingdom.  Not only is it the Queen's Birthday, but also National Tea Day!
We are the world's number 4 consumer of tea - behind 1 - Turkey, 2 - Ireland and 3 - Iran.  I thought it right that such a day should be celebrated with that quintessential afternoon tea treat - Tea and Crumpets. Delicious, especially when served warm with lots of butter.
