It has been quite a day, with beautiful spring weather playing its part.

After breakfast I went for a gentle stroll around the part of the city centre close to the hotel. It was a lot of fun to get my bearings again whilst taking in what is new and what has remained the same. 

In the afternoon I went on a Post Communist Bratislava Tour in a 1970s Škoda. It was fascinating and Peter the guide/driver/car owner was excellent.

I relocated to my Airbnb apartment as well. 

The Blip is Inge (the other person on the tour) posing for her own photo in front of the Škoda. The first Extra is a fairly typical Staré Mesto (Old Town) view. The other Extra is from the 1945 liberation and Soviet Army memorial at Slavín.
