INCOMING AVOCETS

I went to another of my favourite walks, along to the mouth of Greatham Creek, and was really pleased to see that the avocets are back. There's another as an extra. I liked the moment I caught here although it's not as sharp as the extra. I'd gone out at about 4pm feeling completely and unjustifiably exhausted, and came back in at 6pm smiling and energised.
