FINE FEATHERS

I saw lapwing chicks, avocets, a bar-tailed godwit and plenty of other actual birds at RSPB Saltholme but all too far away and in light that was too dismal to take a good photo. At least this little clump of feathers was relatively static and easy to get close to.
