Evening rays

Didn't really manage any fresh air today, it was a bit too fresh out there in the gale force!

I did manage some exercise in the gym at lunchtime, tough at the time but felt good for it later.

Went to my sister's for dinner and then on to the slimming class. I have a lifetime membership as I am useless on my own!

I had a bit more blip inspiration today as well, I caught the rainbow from my sister's back door but had to stop on the way home when I saw this sky!
