Victoria & Albert

The beauty of school holidays is that work can be a little bit more flexible. This morning I took the opportunity to be away from the desk to join Vic and Albie for a run up Car Caradoc. It was wonderful. Vic's doing this route as one of her weekend social runs on Sunday and I've offered to go and take photos for her. Taking photos means that I won't have earned my lovely 'Caer Caradoc' badge and so today's recce means I'll feel like I've deserved the badge. 

Vic is the founder of 'Runlates' (pilates for running) which is the brilliant running group that I'm part of. Our little Shrewsbury group isn't even a year old yet but I feel like I've known these wonderful people for years, so instant have our connections been. But I've waxed lyrical enough about this gang so I'll spare you, dear reader, from any more gushing. 

A slow afternoon at the office. I guess the school holidays have their downsides too.
