The seemingly endless Birthday

Today mum and I used one of my birthday vouchers from one of my lovely colleagues: an afternoon tea which we decided to take at the Lion & Pheasant. It was a total delight. Delicious food and a wonderful catch up. We struggled to finish and so I now have extra treats in the fridge too.

This morning I attended a Shropshire-wide prayer breakfast where I unexpectedly ate a lot of babybels (should have put them in my pocket for a long run) and managed to get a copy of the Mary’s Meals book into the hands of the Bishop of Shrewsbury. Double win.

Grace popped over for a cup of tea and a catch up this evening which was an added treat.
