Three Rs of transport

On my walk this morning I realised that three modes of transport access meet here  - Road, Rail and River.
The road and rail meet at the level crossing - still operated by a signalman who opens and closes the gates. There is an inlet from the main river into this Boat Haven which has a slipway to launch boats.
We just need an airstrip now !
