Earth day

As a rule I don't take much note of the many named days in the year but this one gives me an excuse to take pictures of flowers currently out in the garden.  One thing I am sad about is that so far we have no swallows.. I am waiting and watching and hoping they will return to this area. The numbers have been dropping year on year and last year we just had one family so two until they had their hatch.. fingers crossed they make it back to breed again. They are very late.. so far
I am so pleased it is friday and am waiting a take away to come home... then bed!
