Oh happy St. George’s Day

Every year I try to get halfway-decent photos of bumblebees on crocuses, daffodils, bluebells and poppies.
Crocuses and poppies aren’t too difficult, but it’s far less common to see bees on daffodils and bluebells.
I was delighted to see this little one on this particular day, even though I suspect the flower is a Spanish bluebell rather than an English one.
It just reminds me how beautiful spring in England is.
