Cowslips

fully opened, I have never seen them like this before only ever seen them like the one  in the background, they were beautiful and bright and definitely cowslips.

Had a rather lazy Sunday, walked the dogs as usual, then early lunch and watch the women's 6 nations Rugby. England v Ireland result England 69 Ireland 0 felt really sorry for Ireland, but England now have same points, 20, as France so the deciding match next Sunday.

Then did a bit of pottering in the greenhouse, watered some of the outdoor tubs as we have had very little rain recently and watered the apple tree for a couple of hours left  the hose pipe running at the base of it.

Meanwhile had a shower and then read my book until tea time. after tea we watched Killing Eve (still haven't a clue what it was all about) then watched "Grace". Have read all the books and enjoying the series, I think John Simms is just right for the part. He is my idea of Roy Grace. Funny how we get a mental picture when reading a book, then when they serialise it the person chosen as main character disappoints and doesn't feel right. This time they got it right for me.

Weather was lovely and sunny but still got that cool wind blowing.
