To slacken the thirst....

Whilst Dunbar has long forsaken its role as a bustling sea resort, it is also far from being a hive of industry. There are, however, two of its former industries that still play their part in the town's economy - fishing and brewing. Belhaven's Best is well known throughout South and Central Scotland and performs well over the border.

To the east of the town there is a small business park and it was there I was headed this afternoon to replace a couple of my car's tyres. One of the biggest employers in this industrial estate is Belhaven's storage depot. and as I had time to kill while waiting for my new tyres to be fitted, I wandered around the industrial estate hopefully looking for blips and inspiration. This image of a fork lift truck loading up a lorry was very much a shot in the dark as I could not see clearly what was going on and it was only when I got home and uploaded my images onto the computer that I could see this might have potential as a black and white.
