Good news day

The last 48 hours have been so stressful and emotional but today things seemed so much better.
Daughter moved onto ward this afternoon and although still got problems she is so much better. Baby taken off ventilator, and some tubes removed so he could be held. Then the best news he actually fed naturally so feeding tube should hopefully be removed tomorrow. Doctors say both doing well, not totally out of the woods but vast improvement from the situation on Sunday. I have had a very tearful two days, but some of the tears were of joy today.
Hoping we can see daughter tomorrow, but won’t be able to see baby until out of special unit.
So I am very happy to say I have a beautiful grandson, although no name as yet.
Done very little today except phone, text, WhatsApp and walk the dogs.
