Pi

Not the Greek letter.
A bit cooler and more cloudy than yesterday not a sitting on the beach day. We went to Port Quin which is all a bit quiet and empty since the closure of the Pilchard processing Palace . You can park there free and walk along a section of the coast path to Port Isaac (Pi , it was on some t shirts) of Doc Martin tv series fame. It’s an attractive place, with a pub where we had a pint of Proper Job, a pasty from the pasty shop, an ice cream from the ice cream shop. Very satisfactory. The coastal path is really hard work, up and down and up and down, with loads of steps. We walked back across the fields, slightly inland which was a lot easier. Fish and chips tonight from Padstow. Not a very healthy diet today!
