Notes: Up early, awake just before 5a and couldn't go back to sleep. Got up and did qigong (has been awhile) and then around the house, some sun on the patio and more plant consolidation (and a little new planting). This is the cardinal pop-up card I'll be sending in my mother's day package - I've grown to love cardinals and they're so prevalent in this area! Some great back-and-forth with Amy. A little reading and then deep meditation.Zucchini noodles w/ pasta sauce for dinner.
