Rhododendron

No digging today as we had the allotment association's AGM this evening. More of a triannual meeting as they have been cancelled the last two years. It was a good chance to talk about all things allotment and it was great to hear two of our younger members talking passionately about the benefits of no dig gardening and hugelkultur.
There was a table set aside for sharing seeds and plants and I remembered to take some of my spare seeds. Inevitably I also gained a few packets and two baby cucumber plants to bring home.
I snapped this bud on the way down - I was caught by the half in, half out state.
