Surprise

A surprise gift from Jacqui last week - two small cups of free-hand painted highland stoneware. I love the colours!

An indoor Blip on a rather cold, grey, damp day. Enjoyed a coffee with Carol this morning when she called in to pick our brains about Morris dancing. This afternoon finally finished the paintwork at the end of the hall.

For the first time in ages, spent some time - far longer than intended - researching my family tree. I may have found a lead on my great-grandfather, the elusive William Henry Davies. It's rather tenuous, and I suspect that proving - or disproving - it will be time consuming, but hey ho!
