soup swoop loop de loop*

Here is Luke whizzing industrial quantities of soup at Empty Kitchen Full Hearts. The next shift of packing volunteers will soon arrive and will decant the soup into plastic tubs, to be part of the meal packs distributed every day across Edinburgh. I wish they didn't use plastic tubs, but as yet there is no suitable alternative. I had a very enjoyable shift this afternoon, helping to make up meal packs.

I was up early this morning to tale Otter out while Luke went swimming, and then we all went out for breakfast at The Beach House - sat outside in the sunshine, right by the sea. Then of course we had to go for another walk along the beach - Otter was pretty tired after all that running about! I dogsat while Luke went to the gym next(!) and then took Otter on the bus to meet him in Leith before we travelled to EKFH in Granton.

At Waverley now, waiting for train home..back to work tomorrow!
