The Heron

We were sitting in the garden waiting for birds to go on the feeder, when Norm pointed out a heron on the roof at the back. It was going from roof to roof and scouting out each garden. It was unlucky because I don't think anyone has a fishpond. Norm took most of the photos with his new super power eyes. He's got new glasses now after his cataract operation. He still needs glasses as he needs a prism to correct an up and down squint. He's still feeling rotten from the abscess and the antibiotics.
