Lego time
Her lego time is really important to her. She has a special corner in the office in the boarding house where her lego is allowed to be left and not touched.
We had a bit of a chat tonight before the house Internet totally dropped out. It's horrendous, and the mobile data signal is terrible so it's quite hard to communicate. But we got a few minutes. She'd had a good windband rehearsal, enjoyed her new RPE teachers lesson. She didn't like that they're starting end of year exam prep in some of the lessons. She liked that her friend is now coming to running club with her and she got out in the sunshine. She's also pleased because she's got a "sports kit pass" for Fridays that mean she doesn't have to rush or be late after running club, she can just stay in kit. These things make a difference to her.
