Bluebell Wood

A grey, cold day.

This morning I couldn't get through to my friend so went round to check on her, all ok.  Collected K and went to Gusted Hall woods, the bluebells were fabulous and the scent lovely.  Wasn't sure which shot to put on, a close up or this one, I liked the trees in this.  The extra was some broom, also saw campion, star-of-Bethlem, wood anenome and others.  Went to the nearby garden centre and had coffee and sandwich.  Came home, walked to the local shop for a birthday card and to the chemist to pick up tablets.  Had a cup of tea and then we went for another walk, jog (just to see if we could)!! Just over 14,000 steps:)
I came home, had dinner, spoke to my son on the phone and watered some plants, so dry everywhere here.
