Alert!

"The roller wasn't there yesterday! Look - the roller! Have you noticed the roller? There's a roller! What's it doing there? Watch out for the roller!"

It was rather sweet to see the young chap react to something new in his environment - lots of alert barking in a "watch out, something new" sort of a way. I wandered over to it, lay down on it and persuaded him that it was all ok. And then he was happy.

He's just... lovely. Hard work, but lovely. That's the only word that fits.
