Everyday I Write The Book

Haven’t seen this lot in a long while. Feels like time has stood still on one level, although the little cousins are growing up fast.

The occasion was to celebrate what would have been my Mum's 100th birthday (she died seven years ago just shy of her 93rd). We had balloons, fizz and ice cream and a lot of laughter and reminiscence in Greenwich Park. The sun shone, the day was warm and the little ones ran around, played cricket and football, and enjoyed the company of the dog.

Afterwards TSM and I did Greenwich Market, ate some rather delicious bits and pieces, and caught the train home. All rather lovely.

I love days like this.
