Trimming planters!

Got all the planters trimmed and carved.   Thought it would be good see a bit of the rest of the process that goes into making these planters.

See extras....this is the time, when the clay is leatherheard and quite solid, but still soft enough for me to carve into....i love that process.
The other is the 3 sizes, i love seeing them in this stage.....before they have been fired!

A glorious day....worked the last half of the day in the studio with the door open.....fabulous!

Out for dinner with the gang, Linus, Patrizia, Jane, Terry and me....we're going to the newest place in Baddeck - The Narrows!
