Watendlath Beck

Lovely day's walking; out to and along the Watendlath Beck for several miles, before stopping for lunch near Watendlath Tarn ...

... snap shows several of our group as we made the final approach to the Tarn. Our return-route took us up-and-over the hillside, back to the cottage at Derwentwater.

Earlier, 'R' and myself had our first experience of 'Parkrun Tourism' and ran the Keswick 5K ... a really beautiful route and 'R' even got a PB :-)
