To cut a short story long...

A few weeks ago, someone snaffled the slinky toy I was using in my physics lessons. 

It didn't really matter, as it was only a cheap plastic one and I didn't need it anymore, but some of my students came in today and proudly announced 'We've got you a present!'.

I literally cried, it was so sweet of them!
