Half Mast

The school flies the flag outside and the children all sing the national anthem every morning, a tradition I appreciate. The national anthem is sung before hockey and baseball games too.

For now though, the flag is flying half mast to pay tribute to the 8 year old boy who lost his life in the horrific Boston Marathon bombing.

I pray for his family and the rest of the victims that were affected by the insanity of the events on Monday
