Back Blip

The fine weather continues and with it my quest to walk 200 miles along Scotland's canals in 2022. Feeling rather more exhilarated than I ought to be following my recent 11-mile walk from Hermiston to Winchburgh, I decided to do the next leg of the Union Canal this afternoon - from Winchburgh to Linlithgow.

Forgetting to take account of the Sunday bus timetable, my start was slightly delayed but nevertheless I managed to get a bus out to Winchburgh and had a most pleasant walk back to Linlithgow.

I can think of worse ways to spend a Sunday afternoon!
