Will it or won’t it?

When I left for my walk this morning, I turned back for my jacket as it was trying to drizzle a bit. Twenty minutes later on the riverbank, the drizzle had not materialised and the sun was trying to come out, giving a lovey light on the river. Twenty minutes later - no sun or drizzle but I was warm and carrying my jacket! So it continued. 
It was one of those indecisive days!
