Surprise flowers

I purchased this interesting little shrub a couple of years ago, I have a feeling it is a form of Cotoneaster, but I cannot find it online. Anyway, I noticed it is flowering at the moment which was quite a surprise to me.
I wonder if anyone on here knows what it is please.
