Catching My Breath

Recovery Day, I still don’t feel 100% so today was a ‘gentle’ day.
I got bored pretty quickly of the housework so Mrs S and I set off for a wander, I used the opportunity to look in on the Operation Chariot, (St Nazaire), memorial, the wreaths are all still in place and there is a plan in place from the council for it to be cleaned before summer.
Energy levels still down but Mrs S thoroughly enjoyed Operation Mincemeat on our return to the cinema after a two and a half year break.

It was omelettes for dinner and an early night.
