In-tents

Today has been a test of my mettle for sure!

I am still absolutely loving the job but when it goes bad, it’s baaaaaaaaaaaaaad.

The suction decided it had had enough by the end of a very busy clinic this morning (I know how it felt!!), so I had to redeploy staff to cover lunch breaks (though I didn’t get one) and try to troubleshoot the issue with an engineer over the phone.
Luckily, they are booked to come and service all the equipment tomorrow, so although it was bad timing, it was also good in a way.

It was a long ass day though, with an earlier than usual start of 8am and a late finish of 6.10pm. I’ll be sure to take TOIL after my toils today.

When I did finally arrive home, Mr A showed me the pop up tent he’s bought for our next road trip. They’ve sent the wrong size, so have said we can keep this one (which is perfect for me) and will send out the taller version for free for Mr A.

We agreed we needed additional space for the van, especially for calls of nature and getting dressed, so these will be perfect :-)
