Before and after

I got myself and the Jedi ready pretty early this morning so that when the bigger ones had left we would go a walk along the cycle path and then go for eggs. Carson just loves being outdoors. And because he was awake insanely early this morning, he was ready for a nap when we came home.

The bigger ones had a good day. Harp somehow managed to pop the trailer wheel off the rim on the way home so her and the Jedi had to walk. She does the whole " my legs don't work, I'm too tired " but it wasn't too far for her to go. I need to try and fix it when they're all in bed tonight. Mr R goes away for business tomorrow and I definitely need the trailer the next few days.

Steak pie was a massive hit last night. Harp was amazing with it. The bigger boy's did so well too. Although they didn't like the pastry.
Food aversion is a big deal when it comes to having children with Autism. When Xander was wee he would associate food with things that he saw. So food like mince and tatties were a massive fail. Also children on the spectrum have a lot of sensory issues. So what tastes sweet and yummy to us, might taste sharp and jaggy to them. Carson bawled his eyes out when he saw dinner last night so he ate his peas and had some toast.

I've not long had to strip the Jedi because as you can see he absolutely loves to play in a muddy puddle
