Crochet success

A busy day with an appointment at 9:30 followed by my first solo invigilating gig. Couldn’t have gone better; the candidates were on time, polite and used the time effectively.

Then home for lunch and after that crochet club. All the ladies are in their 70s, but so keen and lively. Here we have W modelling her latest WIP which is copied from my Mystic Lanterns I did a few months back. ( blipped March 14th)
She took a motif home and copied it and came up with this! So wonderful to see her pride and delight as up until now she’d only done granny squares. She’s also wearing her ( knitted) u3a sweater :)
Off to Box Office shortly, then home for Villa v Liverpool . # UTV
