Fruity

Last year there was very little blossom on the apple tree, and only a couple of tiny apples grew.  This year the tree is smothered in blossom so there may be a good crop.  Sadly the apples are small and sour and I end up pulping most of them and making apple sauce.  The damson tree next to it has no blossom at all just yet, so it doesn’t look like there will be any damson gin at Christmas! :-( Both trees are going rotten in the centre of the trunks and will need to come down at some point, but we’ll allow them one last summer.  I seem to have had a week of flower images!  Backblipped on Tuesday for Saturday.
