Buttercup meadow

It rained last night and this morning, but fortunately the sun came out this afternoon and we went for a bike ride to Hursley. Earlier in the year  the church yard was full of snowdrops followed by primroses, daffodils andviolets. Now, although most of the grass has been mown, there is a buttercup meadow and another area full of cow parsley. I think it is a good balance between the managed and more natural  looks.
