Potentilla fruticosa "Abbotsford"

The day started fine but degenerated with wet and windy conditions by the  afternoon. We went  to ukulele class and then onto a craft fair, which was being held in aid of Winchester Go LD, the  local group for  people with learning disabilities. It was well supported and there were plenty of craft and plant stalls. We enjoyed a light lunch and a browse around  the stalls but unfortunately it wasn't the afternoon to linger as rain swept across the site! 
I just managed to photo my Potentilla shrub before we ventured out for the day, while it was still dry. It's a very useful plant as it flowers all summer.
