Sunrise

At last the flowers emerged from my balcony window boxes yesterday in time for a sunrise this morning.

Beautiful day today. A friend whom I haven't seen in over a year emailed out of the blue this morning to say she was coming to London and would like an opinion on some painting work she was planning - a mixture of images, colour and text. I was struck by the way her ideas echoed the work I saw only yesterday in Oxford. Out of the blue?...or a synchronous moment?
Anyway it was delightful to catch up and hear how, reinforced by the chanting course we were following then, she had sorted out her family troubles of last year.
