Haida Gwaii 'Chinook Salmon'.

In the mid 70's, my family and I lived in a small town on the west coast called, 'Ocean Falls'.  One could only fly in or boat in. (no road access) 
I stayed in touch with TW who just recently visited me and brought some Chinook Salmon that he caught and canned. He now lives in Northern Haida Gwaii.


OMG...so good.  


Extra: bit of mayo, chopped onions, salt and pepper....and pickles on the side...on toasted sourdough bread.
