Sandgate Foreshore...

Sunday Long Run - some of the running crew were out today knocking off some big kms that were on their plans as we've got big running events coming up... There to be 2 running events this weekend but due to the rain 1 got cancelled till 2023 and 1 got moved to 3 weeks time... The road running season is almost here...

Still showery conditions for running this morning and very humid... The tide was coming in which meant water was coming up and crashing on the path... This is part of the course that's used for Sandgate parkrun... Apparently there wasn't much debris yesterday but there was plenty today...
