Twins at 85 (or 86) and a quiz!

Here you see Margret (next door) with Frank, her twin brother. He insists that he is 86 although they recently had their 85th birthday. As he says, he has lived 85 years already!

Frank is visiting from Germany. He was very keen to come to see the bluebells (and Margret of course). They have succeeded in doing this, although both have mobility problems at the moment.

I wonder if they got into mischief when they were young? (Their childhood was spent mainly during WWII so they may not have had many opportunities) See my extra for a hint!
