Goose-ling

It seems only days ago that these Canada goslings were the size of my cupped hands and a bright turmeric yellow. They grow so quickly.

I was honoured on this beautiful sunny morning to be allowed to sit no more than a meter away from the goose family as they chilled out at the lakeside. Other walkers got an angry hiss or a fast shuffle to the water's edge, but they completely accepted me sitting quietly there with my camera.
