Dinner time

Look at me getting in early - or even on time with a blip. 
Not my dog but I love him as if he were. 

I would like a month, a whole month, without any anxiety. Why o why does anxiety get worse the older you get or is that just me? It seems more and more uncontrollable. And most if it is around my children who are both fully fledged adults. Although maybe they're not fully fledged which is how the anxiety grows. 
I genuinely thought by now I'd not be worrying about them as much and could get on with life. I find I'm worrying about them more and more as they get older.
