Once upon a time…..

…… we had a Winnie, a piglet, Eyeore and probably Kango and Roo but the only one left is Eyeore who has been adopted by Phin. Lucky for me as it gave me today’s blip. Thanks to FrankS for hosting.

It’s been pretty wet here all day bar a brief spell first thing when I took Phin out and again just before 6 when we went for a walk through the fields to get my steps in for the day. In between dry spells we went to the garden centre to pick up some plants for colour at the front of the house and treated ourselves to lunch and enjoyed our free coffees. Phin was quite lively, I think there were too many people and too much going on for his wee brain.

Quiet afternoon before our son called for a chat, we were surprised as we will see him and Ali at the weekend but all was revealed when they told us they were engaged! He proposed last night and she said yes! No date yet but possibly late Spring or autumn next year. Plenty of time to lose a few pounds!
