One small step...

...for Richard.

Myself and Richards daughter were so pleased to see him sitting in his chair when we visited this afternoon - something you and I take for granted. It's a huge effort for him to do this - and he was really pleased with himself. Furthermore, he told us (and I checked) that with assistance, he had walked the full length of his ward in hospital.

Today, Richards daughter and I went to the pretty town of Lindfield. They have a lovely antique shop; I made a few purchases and got some real bargains.

I am sorry that at the moment I am not replying or making comments. Hopefully, I'll be back to full blipping mode in the very near future.
