All Heal/self heal

Prunella vulgaris, is a prolific wild medicinal herb ( mint family) and a beautiful little wild flower. We went to the refuge after worship but I decided on this photo from our own pasture. This herb was used by Native Americans, probably right here on this property, as we have campsites nearby. It has many medicinal applications, including as an anti inflammatory agent. I may have to dry some and have an occasional cup of tea!
I plan to go to Jessica’s tomorrow and spend the night.
